Prescriptions

Ordering your repeat prescriptions is easy with Meds2Home. If your GP surgery will allow us to reorder for you on your behalf, then simply fill out the form below. However, if you have to reorder from the surgery yourself, please do so and then fill out the details here for us to collect, dispense and send it.

When ordering, please indicate whether you pay for your prescription or not. If you don’t, we normally contact you to understand what your exemption information was once you register with us.

Please allow at least 7 to 10 days for us to fill your prescription from the day you reorder. This will give us time to prepare your prescription well in advance. Thanks!
